Bow Technician

The primary objective of a Bow Technician is to serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. Sell products and services by obtaining, clarifying, recording, and forwarding orders. Maintain inventory by receiving and disbursing supplies and equipment.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor and create sales through servicing the customer and meeting their needs
• Attract potential customers and clarify customer's understanding of products and services by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services; explaining product and service features; offering relevant information
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve problems; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Maintain knowledge of products and services by reading specification updates; attending information meetings; referring questions to supervisor
• Increase sales by suggesting related and additional products and services
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers by responding to requests, setting up bows and working with customers to refine technical set up.
• Maintain inventory operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
